By purchasing the Founding Family Digital Life Story or accessing the Family Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Living Echoes Biography Centers professionally crafts private Digital Life Stories on behalf of the people and families who purchase our Founding Family Digital Life Story. Living Echoes professionally crafts a Digital Life Story using the individual's own words, memories, experiences, photographs, videos, and other materials, preserving their authentic voice and story. Materials may be provided by email or another private method agreed upon with you. There is no customer upload portal. You do not write, build, upload, or edit the biography yourself.

The Founding Family Digital Life Story includes up to 20 photos and 1 family-supplied completed video (up to 3 minutes) curated into the Digital Life Story we create for you.

A Digital Life Story may preserve a person's own story while they are living, or the story of someone the family loves. Once a biography is approved and published by our team, up to 10 authorized family members may view it, along with any published photos and videos, through the private, read-only Family Portal.

The Founding Family Digital Life Story is sold as a one-time payment of $799 for one professionally crafted Digital Life Story for one person (regular price $1,099). Purchasing the package creates your family's account; it does not automatically grant Family Portal access. Portal access begins once the Digital Life Story has been approved and members have been invited.

The Founding Family Digital Life Story includes the first 12 months of complimentary remote access to the private, read-only Family Portal. Continued remote access after the complimentary period is $10/month or $99/year per Digital Life Story. If a family chooses not to continue remote access, their Digital Life Story is not deleted. It remains preserved by Living Echoes. Living Echoes intends to make preserved Digital Life Stories available for on-site viewing at future Living Echoes Biography Center locations, subject to applicable access policies and availability.

Because the Founding Family Digital Life Story is a professional creation service, requests to cancel an order or receive a refund are handled by contacting Living Echoes Biography Centers at info@livingechoesbiographycenters.com. Please include the name and email used on the order. We will review the request in light of whether production of the Digital Life Story has begun and any applicable law.

Family Portal access is invite-only and granted by a Living Echoes Biography Centers administrator. Each authorized member receives their own login and is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

Authorized family members have read-only access. They may not upload, edit, or modify biography content, manage media, or invite other members through the portal.

We may deactivate a member's access, or an entire family's access, if we believe it is necessary to protect the security of the platform or as otherwise permitted under these terms.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, written memories, and other personal materials you send us. By sending them to Living Echoes Biography Centers, you grant us permission to use them solely to create, host, and update the Digital Life Story you purchased.

The written Digital Life Story we produce is provided for private use within the Family Portal. It is not intended for public redistribution without our agreement.

Living Echoes Biography Centers does not claim ownership of your original materials. We do retain the right to keep the professionally crafted Digital Life Story in our systems so we can host it for authorized family viewers according to these terms and your remote-access entitlements.

You agree not to attempt to access Digital Life Stories or accounts belonging to other families, share your login credentials with unauthorized people, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Living Echoes Biography Centers provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care in producing and safeguarding each Digital Life Story, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
